The hotel's location is highly convenient, as it is close to the city centre and to many restaurants. It is also easy to find and is located near all the places we wanted to go. the room is clean and well-presented, and the bathroom is nice. We also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful when we needed assistance.

It would have been better if there were more options provided for breakfast.

Very helpful and polite staff and management. Proximity to the City Centre as we were in Palmerston North to attend a wedding in a nearby church. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet.

During our stay the staffs were friendly and warm, especially Glenn was very pleasant and always ready to offer help even though it was last minute. One incident on Friday,, 7 sept, we needed to rent a car badly for one of our trip to Castle Point and without delay, he phoned one of the car rental company and get it fixed. The location of the hotel was close to important amenities such as shopping centers and religious facilities. It was also spacious enough for us to enjoy our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful in accommodating our needs.

There was an issue with the cleanliness of the rooms, and certain amenities such as the internet and breakfast items were not readily available. It was also uncomfortable that some areas of the hotel were unattended and that certain items were missing from the room upon arrival.

It would be one of the nicest motels we have stayed in for along while. Very clean, well serviced and the owners and staff were very helpful.

Newly revamped room, very clean and quiet. Great staff. Likes: We had a great city break at this hotel. the room was newly refurbished and very clean. the staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel was also in a great location, with plenty of nearby amenities within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the quietness of the room, despite it being close to the street.

Shower partition was a bit short. Door needed an extra push to close.

The heater had been turned on for us and everything was ready for our stay. It is so close to the city's facilities that it is an ideal spot. There was not road noise and those in the motel were quiet and orderly. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels for us to wash our hair and shower.

If I can suggest anything it would be to have some biscuits on the tray with the tea and coffee. And to personalise the building maybe a picture on the wall would make it feel even more like home.

The room i stayed in had recently been renovated and was very comfortable and nicely appointed. Jodie and Glenn the owners of the Rose City Motel were very friendly and helpful, they could not do enough for you. I would highly recommend this Motel if you are staying in Palmerston North

There was nothing to dislike

The hotel was extremely clean and spacious with a variety of TV channels. The location was fantastic, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. We loved the easy-to-use air conditioning, making the temperature control very hassle-free. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the clean warm comfortable stay. Really appreciated the room being warmed up for our night time arrival, very thoughtful. Staff were great and very helpful.
